The saws, wrenches, and toolboxes in your garage can put a young man in Baltimore on the path to a trade. We accept every tool, working or not, and we will pick up anywhere in the DMV.
If you have tools, we have a man who needs them.

You spent a career with these tools. Let them land in the hands of the next up-and-coming tradesman, and come by the shop yourself.
Weekend builders and DIYers
Upgraded your drill? Finished the deck? The extra saw, the spare set of wrenches, the half-used box of fittings can all go to work.
Clearing out the garage
Downsizing, moving, or sorting through a loved one's workbench? Call us. We will come take all of it, and we will handle it with care.
Working, worn, or broken. Send it anyway.
Our retired tradesmen test every donated tool and repair what can be repaired before it reaches a trainee. A drill that needs new brushes is a lesson in itself, and your tools may end up in the hands of the next up-and-coming tradesman. Tools we cannot use in the shop are passed on to trainees or other ministries.

We pick up anywhere in the DMV, or bring it to our shop at 2304 Pennsylvania Ave, Baltimore, by appointment.
You get a receipt and a thank-you
We send a donation receipt for your taxes and let you know how your tools are being used.
We gladly take

- Hand tools and full toolboxes
- Tools that need a repair
- Ladders, sawhorses, and workbenches
- Leftover lumber, trim, fittings, and wire
- Safety gear, new in the package
Give in honor or in memory of someone.
Many tools come to us from a father, a husband, or a grandfather who worked with his hands. Tell us his name and we will mark his tools with a tag in the shop so the men who learn on them know whose they were.
The shop is yours too.
- Volunteer day. Test and repair donated tools, or work beside a young man in training.
- Open shop. Have a project or a need? Come use the shop, with your own tools or ours. There are no set hours yet, so join the email list below or schedule an appointment to plan a visit.
- Pass it down. Your tools may find their way into the hands of the next up-and-coming tradesman.
